Here comes a month of sum serious getting my shit together, wish me luck!
2 day water fast, daily morning hike, 4 week juice fast (32 oz per day averages out to about 600 calories), getting a new better job, stopping wearing cover up (the hardest part), annnd possibly quitting smoking cigs? Hellz ya.
I’ll be posting daily intake and weekly weigh ins if y’all are interested. Should be down to 105 by the fourth of July.
